Account and Contact Information

When you create an account, contact support, or purchase a plan, we may collect your name, email address, account preferences, support messages, and transaction identifiers. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored directly by Paper Banana.

Research Inputs and Generated Content

To provide the Service, we process:

  • Prompts and instructions you submit

Do not upload confidential, restricted, personally identifiable, patient, student, unpublished, or third-party material unless you have the authority and an appropriate basis to process it through the Service.

Paper Banana does not use your private prompts or uploads to train public AI models without your explicit consent. Public-gallery content is handled according to the visibility setting you select when generating.

Retention

Retention depends on the data type, account state, selected product settings, operational needs, and legal requirements. Generated files and temporary processing artifacts may be removed after their applicable availability period. Account and transaction records may be retained while your account is active and afterward where needed for billing, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

You may request account or personal-data deletion. We will delete or de-identify eligible information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required or permitted by law.

Sharing and Disclosure

We may share information with service providers described above, professional advisers, or authorities when reasonably necessary to:
